Helsers. Monday-Friday from 7-9am, they have a cheap Breakfast Special menu.
Horse Brass Pub. They don’t normally serve breakfast on weekdays, but they did during the 2010 World Cup games.
Francis Restaurant. According to @PDXBreakfastGuy, Francis Restaurant has closed.
